Occasionally I get asked the question: “Why would I spend more money on your text messaging platform when I have a gazillion text messages included for free in my mobile phone plan?”

Be quick and easy to set up and use;
Be simple to upload or access your data;
Provide the capacity to create multiple text message templates for regularly used messages;
Automatically personalise your messages, not just with a name, but also with other information particular to the recipient – time, date, invoice number, dollar amount, workshop group, conference venue as a few examples;
Provide the capacity to create multiple groups of people;
Provide the capacity to filter your data to better target your text messages and sort your data;
Provide the capacity to schedule messages for automatic later delivery;
Provide the capacity to export lists of sent messages and replies so that you can utilise your data elsewhere
And one last comment.
If you’re using a system that incorporates text-messaging, and you find the functionality cumbersome, clunky, complicated and generally difficult to use, consider a stand-alone system that provides you with better options. Just accept that there will be one more step in uploading your data vs directly accessing it.
